How was the weekend? Can't believe it's Monday yet again! Times really flies when you're having fun.
Weather's been fantastic. Today's one of those days when you wanna do nothing but spread a mat on grass and just chill. I made risotto with wilted spinach and turkey bacon for Sat lunch.
Thought of my friend who lives in Austin, Texas while havin' coffee this afternoon.
