Pantone color of the year 2013 + christmas

Did you hear? Pantone picked Emerald Green as the color for 2013. I was thinking of incorporating green into my Christmas decorations (my tree is black actually) and keeping it more low key (there is something down to earth about green) so I was thrilled when I heard about Pantone's pick. 

Green and midnight blue with metals remains as one of my favorite color palettes and I prefer to keep green as an accent color.
