Interiors inspired by travels

Lonny never disappoints. My favorite style of interiors featured in the magazine is the global style.

Subconsciously, I'm always trying my hand at blending cultural influences even though I'm very much into contemporary interiors. My mom has Indian treasures sprinkled throughout her home and many times it has been tempting to bring some of those back. I have some lamps from the Middle East, Spanish pottery from Peniscola - Spain, a bowl decorated with Balinese dot painting, a Persian rug and a pair of Foo dogs. These shots from Lonny inspire me to put together those "objects with soul".

Magic in your living space

I've always had an obsession with Paris and would very much like to go there, or live there ... someday. Meanwhile, I'd love to bring the magic home!

Watercolors

A glance at this skirt, and I am smitten. It is in itself, a work of art.

Beachscapes

There's something about large scale beach-y art pieces especially if there are grey clouds looming outside the window.

Paris vs NYC

I absolutely adore this site that provides a visual comparison of two of the most popular cities in the world. Look!
